Riding
Therapeutic riding involves mounted exercises and utilizes the natural gait of the horse to promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being.
Instructors certified to teach traditional horsemanship skills to individuals with intellectual/physical disabilities use PATH International standards to meet and exceed goals set by support teams.
Therapeutic riding is beneficial for individuals that have symptoms of: autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, ADD/ADHD, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, and more.
