Participate

Please note:

• For clients with a diagnosis of Down Syndrome, the participant must have a yearly neurologic evaluation for symptoms of atlantoaxial instability and a signed and dated statement from a qualified physician giving the date and result of a diagnostic X-Ray for Atlantoaxial Dislocation Condition dated within 3 years.

• If the participant has had a spinal injury or injury to any bones that required surgery; the Physician Consent Form and a current X-Ray dated within 3 years are required for them to participate in mounted activities.
